A medium-bodied toro with woody, nutty, earthy and coffee notes. Its USA Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper covers a Mexican San Andres binder and Nicaraguan, USA, and Dominican filler leaves. Prior to rolling, the tobacco was aged for five years. Once rolled, the cigars are aged for four months to allow the flavors to marry. The Royal Return King’s Gold is the fourth release of the ADVentura brand, which follows the fictional story of two 15th century explorers who set out on a quest to discover “the unknown pleasures of the world.” The ADVentura The Royal Return King's Gold Toro is handmade in the Dominican Republic at the famed William Ventura cigar factory.

A consistently reliable & quick smoke with notes of cocoa, coffee, and a little vanilla at the back end. The draw was open & smokey, with the burn being almost perfect this time around.

A good quick smoke with notes of cocoa, coffee, and a little vanilla at the back end. The draw was open, but the burn needed a couple corrections this time.

5 - One & done. Beautiful cigar but had issues with keeping it lit. I snuffed it out and went for another brand. Didn't love the flavor profile 1 - End of Days (98 -100) 2 - Buy a box (90 - 97) 3 - Buy a five-packer (74 - 89) 4 - Bargain-buy (55 - 73) 5 - One & done (35 - 54) 6 - Life is too short (15 - 34) 7 - Strait to jail (0 -14)

Finally tried the short belicoso of this blend. Just as smooth as the others, with notes of cocoa, coffee, and a little vanilla at the back end. The draw was a little more open. Steady burn with clean transitions.

Consistently smooth blend - an amazing cigar at each encounter. Notes are full of cocoa, coffee, and a little vanilla at the back end. Some bits of dried fruit pop in at times. Good burn and a bold feel the entire way. Steady draw & flavors presented throughout with clean transitions.
