Crowned Heads Mil Dias Double Robusto cigars derive their name from the Spanish translation of 1000 days. This is the amount of time that it took to create this very special vintage blend. The cigars were first smoked by master blenders Don Eradio Pichardo of Tabacalera Pichardo and Luciano Meirelles of Ace Prime Cigars in 2017. Both men chose to age these gems for an additional three years to provid...e the utmost in flavor and aroma. Their hard work really paid off, because this big 6.38 × 50 vitola provides inviting notes of pepper, earth, spice, and dark roast coffee, all delivered in a creamy smooth medium to full bodied fashion. If a premium cigar that uses the best tobaccos that have been aged for three long years sounds appealing to you, then, add a box of 20 to your next online order from JR Cigar!

This Nicaraguan stick is medium-bodied. The Ecuadorian habano wrapper provided a subtle spice reminiscent of coffee with a hint of sweetness. The smoke released notes of coffee, cedar, earth, and baking spice. The wrapper and overall construction ensured a clean draw, and the ash was excellent. This smoke output was good to excellent. Overall, this is a solid addition to the humidor, offering flavor and complexity. The grade for this would be a solid B.

TL;DR - walnut, Cedar and leather. A classic smoke. Recommended 👍 Aged 8 mos, dry-boxed 7 hours ⏳️ Light-up is easy. 👌 Starting core is toasted walnut and Cedar with background leather. Goldilocks construction and draw. Initial impressions: core has remained steady with walnut, Cedar and leather. This ends up being the linear experience through the entire cigar. Burn 🔥 required some touch-ups, but overall fine. Medium flavors and medium nicotine. Pairing ideas: the walnut bitterness might not pair with coffee very well. Other than that, this cigar seems like it has many options for pairing.

Wow, lived up to the hype I’d heard. Definitely in my top 10.

Mareva. First inch was very harsh and one dimensional. Crazy pepper on the retro. Aroma was that of a cheap gas station cigar. Flavor picked up in the middle with some spice and wood notes but went back to harsh and bland fairly quickly. Very disappointing.

Great easy going cigar. Smooth and even burn. Flavour is consistent. Good price point. Would recommend to new smokers or seasoned smokers who want a mellow cigar with character.

Good medium body smoke. Started like chocolate leather and mild. Grew in strength and dropped the chocolate flavor. Leather throughout but a bit of pepper at the end.
