Black Gold, baby!
Two of CAO’s first and finest, assembled in one awesome packaged. The CAO Black and Gold sampler contains two fan-favorite, medium-bodied cigars under one awesome roof. CAO Gold was one of CAO’s first 90-rated cigars, and is known across the world for its silky, smooth flavor. Combine it with CAO Black, and you’ve got a knockout winner. CAO Black is individually dressed in cedar, and comes to the party to impress. Smooth, woodsy, and slightly peppery, the amount of customers who call this one their favorite cigar would blow your mind. Though their full-bodied cigars have been getting the praise lately, do yourself a favor and revisit these golden classics — you’ll be more than happy you did.

CAO Gold
Halfway the flavours started to show. At the start cocoa and ceder, halfway floral notes and ended with some savory and floral
CAO Gold
Smooth, light flavor great for first smoke of the day in the first 2/3. Final 1/3 came with a little woody pepper. Great draw but appearance was not good with a split near the cap and a weird texture on the foot. I’d smoke it again but wouldn’t buy a box.
CAO Black
In humidor 1mo. Started unraveling as soon as I clipped it. Great draw and burn. Pepper, cedar, and a touch of nut and sweetness.

CAO Gold
Pretty smooth cigar not sure if I keep it in my humidor says it’s getting pretty big but definitely will consider it
CAO Gold
mellow, creamy, smooth
CAO Black
Lost my cap pretty early 😫

CAO Black
Came cracked, but still smoked. Tobacco and ash, not much else flavor wise.
CAO Black
Much better with time in the humidor

CAO Gold
It had very consistent light ish flavor a great morning smoke

CAO Black
Excellent Stick! Definitely a everyday cigar. Mild flavored

CAO Black
Good looking cigar, pleasant draw, nice medium smoke but not great flavor, just tastes like basic tobacco and ash.

CAO Black
Clean presentation and draw, but it lacks in any flavor profile other than tobacco and ash. Might be the first CAO cigar that has disappointed me.

CAO Gold
Well constructed. Nice Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper. First third mellow, woodsy, mild to medium, flavor is direct, not layered. Slight flavor build in the middle with intro of pepper and cream. Burn still even, nice draw and smoke volume. Return to earth flavors - wood, nuts- rounding third base, hit of charred steak makes for a nice finish. Well constructed mellow cigar. Two weeks in the humidor. Uneven burn in the transition from middle to final third but it sorted itself out, no touchups necessary. Did not burn "hot" at the end. Been trying some milder cigars with the weekend morning coffee. This earns a place in the rotation.

CAO Gold
CAO just know what they're doing. Sweet nutty/ wood flavors. Plenty of smoke and an almost perfect burn.

CAO Black
Definitely added to my top 5. It's creamy smooth with good dense smoke. If I'm honest I had a hard time distinguishing any one particular flavor, but the blend is fantastic. It's a must try!
CAO Gold
Rolled too tight.

CAO Black
Very little flavor

CAO Gold
Excellent burn, great draw, spicy flavor

CAO Gold
Excellent cigar. Very good construction, burn and draw. Well-packed. Smooth, semi-sweet. Tight ash. Ample smoke. New staple in my humidor.
