A potent cigar with complex flavors of pepper, coffee, dried fruit, leather and spice. Its Ecuadorian Habano wrapper covers a Mexican San Andres binder and a Dominican and Nicaraguan filler. Handmade in the Dominican Republic, the Davidoff Winston Churchill Late Hour Toro uses select tobacco that has been aged for six months in single malt whiskey casks. Thereby, naturally infusing the essence and aroma into the final smoking experience.

Nice for an afternoon walk. I bought it because I liked the taste of Davidoff Grand Cru, but this one is worse. Darker, heavier flavor, less smooth.

Always a great smoke with this one. A very woodsy smoke with touches of spice throughout. Aged tobacco comes through with a super clean balance. A very smooth draw and firm construction for a very enjoyable smoke.

Been awhile, but a repeated review. A very woodsy smoke with touches of spice periodically. The aged tobacco comes through with a super clean balance. A very smooth draw and firm construction led to a very enjoyable smoke.

I smoked it a little bit too young. They’re better with a year of age.

Only the second one of these I’ve had but definitely one of my favorites. Paired great with an Old Fashioned.

Cedar bomb. Tons of spice. A bit much. Burn wasn’t great either. For the price it should be better.

Very strong flavor of almond with slight white pepper on the retro hale. Very creamy finish with notes of raisin and vanilla

I really need to stop falling in love with these $20+ cigars. This was truly a great smoke. Not overpowering but far from weak. Plenty of flavors and transitions to keep the churchill interesting, sometimes these longer ones just get boring but that was far from the case with this one. Highly recommend.

Excellence as expected. Perfect draw, perfect burn, perfect construction, and almost perfect appearance. Flavor on this one comes through with coffee and light woodiness.

Very pleasant cigar. Dark, oily wrapper. Some veins. Burn wasn’t great at the beginning, not too much smoke, got better in the second and last thirds. Had to touch up twice though. Great flavors: wood, some spice, nice balanced smoke. Flavor evolves nicely over time. Not sure it’s worth the price, but it was a very enjoyable cigar.

I smoked the small belicoso version of this cigar, so that may be the reason I felt it was only good and not great. It is very well made like all Davidoff cigars.
