5. One & done. I'll give it to Rocky Pate, I feel like their branding, their bands and their cigars are always eye catching. In fact, i think that is their primary allure. They do fantastic and things like the Emerald, the Sapphire, year of the Snake. This Sixty-six is no different; its a well banded, very deep wrapper, pretty stick. The flavor on this though was way over the top. I was punched again and again with very deep leather, so much so that at points I was worried id picked up and old boot by accident and started smoking that. There was the smallest bit of bakers chocolate for a micro puff. But that is it on flavors. The retrohale was nice, no burn and pretty smooth. Smoke put was decent but a little arrid. It was a medium + stick. Burn line was a bit wavey and needed a few corrections. I will note that this was my second stick and the draws in these on consistently tight. I wouldn't need to perfect draw it, it they are a tighter stick for sure All in, I'm glad a tried another single before committing to anything larger. I think there are better sticks out there. Funny because my first stick of these was fantatic. I must have just really been feeling a leathery cigar that day 1 - End of Days (98 -100) 2 - Buy a box (90 - 97) 3 - Buy a five-packer (74 - 89) 4 - Bargain-buy (55 - 73) 5 - One & done (35 - 54) 6 - Life is too short (15 - 34) 7 - Strait to jail (0 -14)

3 - Buy a five-packer. The initial draw on this box press was so tight, i thought that I didn't cut enough of the tip. I ended up using a perfect draw on it and it still felt tight. Because I'm not dry boxing, and this guy clocked in at 70 rh, I knew I was in for a bad burn session. Sure enough, I relight this thing 5 times, tunneling was terrible, draw was poor. However, these are all issues from this one cigar. It was simply a bad construction. Even with all of that, the taste on this cigar was so damn good. Chocolate bomb, like cake and baking spice. First third was great and not too peppery on the retro. The second third, the spice on the retro was much higher and flavors turned to earth and muted baking spice, almost nutty. Final third the retro heat mellowed out again and it was a chocolate flavor again. So horrible construction but still id keep some around in the humidor. 1 - End of Days (98 -100) 2 - Buy a box (90 - 97) 3 - Buy a five-packer (74 - 89) 4 - Bargain-buy (55 - 73) 5 - One & done (35 - 54) 6 - Life is too short (15 - 34) 7 - Strait to jail (0 -14)

The Sixty resembles a chocolate bar, and Patel takes advantage of the large ring gauge by loading it with bold tobacco that lays down a foundation of leather and wood and continues to build in flavor with tasty layers of coffee, walnut and a ground red pepper spiciness."

I purchased one of these at the Graycliff Sky bar. A very enjoyable smoke, great burn and ash. A bit more spice than I traditionally like but would smoke again. Expensive

Good flavor and draw, wrapper leaf cracked in the middle third, causing a bad burn in that section, had to touch up a couple of times through that section. First and final third we great. Will definitely smoke again

Rocky Patel Sixty: light coffee taste. Light spiciness. Chocolate taste. 2nd third: same notes but with walnut taste. Final third: same notes as second third. Final smoking time: 1:37. Score 92

Very deep black pepper and cedar flavors. The depth sticks around, but isn't quite as overpowering and sticky as to be expected.
