Plasencia Alma Del Fuego Candente Robusto is a perfectly box pressed 5 x 50 premium cigar made with the finest Nicaraguan tobacco that the iconic Plasencia family has to offer. This includes sweet, rich tobacco from Jalapa, and Ometepe, a fertile Island between two volcanic mountains that’s famous for producing the blackest and richest soils in the country. After further extensive aging, each Cadente Robusto is covered by a stunning, oily, reddish brown wrapper leaf. The cigar is medium bodied, slow burning, and laced with complex flavors of coffee, cocoa, cedar, and roasted peanuts, around a core of peppery spice. This is a good enjoyable smoke every time. The profile brings out wood tones mixed with some nuttiness and spice. The pepper tones appear on the retro. Great draw, decent smoke output, and fantastic burn this time.

Always a good enjoyable smoke. Wood tones mixed with some nuttiness and spice. Pepper tones really only appear on the retro. Great draw and fantastic burn this time around.

Spice, nuttiness, and woodsiness throughout. No real pepper beyond general tobacco spice. A good raw blend of clean tobacco. Great draw and only minor burn corrections.

A complex blend of spice and fruit that smokes very well. The Fuerte and Campo blends are still preferred, but the Fuego does not disappoint. Solid burn and draw.

Very interesting flavor. I'm not an expert on flavor notes, but I got some serious cinnamon and cedar from this one especially in the second third. Burn was pretty good. Definitely distinct in terms of flavor. I didn't hate it, but I don't think I'd spend the amount of money for it again. Try it.
