3 - Buy a five-packer Im not ready to commit to a box just yet but this cigar was great. A little spice on the retro, but the stick was so smooth the whole way through. Medium + body, thick smooth smoke. Barley needed to touch it up, only once. Great experience. 1 - End of Days (98 -100) 2 - Buy a box (90 - 97) 3 - Buy a five-packer (74 - 89) 4 - Bargain-buy (55 - 73) 5 - One & done (35 - 54) 6 - Life is too short (15 - 34) 7 - Strait to jail (0 -14)

An elegant smoke that doesn't change much, staying linear. The profile has a lot of leather with some subtle wood tones underneath. Packed firmly, the construction is solid and enables a slow long burn that remains dead even.

Recommended 👍🥇 Pre-light is rich tobacco, if a bit spicy. Once lit, the Hickory core 🪵 presents immediately. White pepper spiciness occasions the palate in the first third. Flavors of espresso bean and meat 🍖 come and go throughout the smoke. Pair to the smoke's sophistication with chewy reds 🍷 or spiced liquors.

This Connecticut shade cigar offers a medium to medium full-bodied experience. It boasts excellent aromatic flavors of coca, black pepper spice, and earthy taste, all balanced by a creamy, nutty finish. Each flavor is well-executed and not overpowering. The smoke output is good, making it a must-have for any humidor.

TL;DR - wood, leather, and distant roasted peanut. A worthy Maduro representation. Recommended 👍 Aged 1+ years, dry-boxed 5 hours ⏳️ Pre-light is very light apricot. Light-up is easy 👌 Goldilocks construction and draw. Initial impressions: light wood and leather with distant roasted peanut. Burn 🔥 is even and reliable. Medium flavors and medium nicotine. Is this a keeper in my regular rotation? I'm leaning into "probably" if only because it represents what a Connecticut Maduro cigar "should be". It is a very well made linear cigar that stays clear of typical, dark (burnt) coffee and near burnt flavors found so often in other Maduro blends.

TL;DR - definitely has a core flavor of coconut milk 😋😋 Easily one of the most unique and finest cigars I've ever had. Highly recommended 👍 Aged 15 mos, dry-boxed 5 hours ⏳️ Pre-light is nougat candy bar. Wow. Oily appearance. Light-up is easy 👌 Starting core is creamy maduro spice. Goldilocks construction and draw. Initial impressions: it definitely develops a core of clove-spiced coconut milk 🥥 A little Cocoa arrives at the beginning of the second third. Seems like this one wants to be a journey cigar. Halfway through the Cocoa develops a pleasant bitterness. So I don't forget to say it, these cigars smell exceedingly good from just being in the room. Great aroma. Burn 🔥 is perfect and forgiving. Medium flavors and strong nicotine. Pairing ideas: yes, to creamy drinks like a craft mocha. I think spiced rum could pair well. Pecan or pistachio ice cream; that's the ticket. I also think most other liquors would overpower this creamy spiced experience.

TL/DR - mellow oak core. Some leather. The cigar is easy to like. Yet it's linear, so there's not much to love about it. I'll recommend it highly. And yet. I will not buy any more myself. Recommended 👍 Aged 1+ year. Dry-boxed 14 hours ⏳️ Pre-light is sweet and light. Construction and draw are both spot on. Everything you'd expect from an Ashton and Garcia collab. Light-up is easy with an even burn 🔥 The core flavor eases into a mellow Oak. There's a little leather here too. It wants to get sweet and then it doesn't. Nothing offensive, and yet, also not amazing. Light and mellow flavors, Medium nicotine. Because the flavors are mellow, I would say pair this with just about anything. I'd worry about getting the drink right, rather than worrying about ruining the cigar. It's linear, so there's not much to ruin.

Mineral barnyard and cedar. Great construction burn and draw. Just not the flavor profile I prefer. Still a quality smoke just prefer the aroma over this.

TL;DR - Cedar with intermittent leather. Recommended 👍 Aged 9 mos ⏳️ Pre-light is cocoa, and dark-chocolate covered black cherry 🍒 Light apricot and black pepper taste 😋 Top marks for construction and draw. Light-up there's a brief apricot that didn't return. Core flavor is toasty wood 🪵 Whispers of leather. Second third, the wood develops into Cedar. Retrohale light wood and leather.

Definitely on the medium-full side, with notes of pepper and wood. Started relatively soft but changed the profile in the 2nd 3rd. Nice smoke.
