Kentucky Fire Cured Sweet Chunky cigars feature a blend of aged Nicaraguan tobaccos are fire-cured (rather than air-cured), which imparts a unique smoky taste that’s unlike anything else on the market. This unique Drew Estate blend is medium bodied and loaded with roasted hickory, oak, and nutty Kentucky burley tobacco flavors. The cigar pairs wonderfully with char-broiled steak, cognac, and scotch whiskey.

Pleasantly unexpected! The aroma of fire coming off the unlit stick surprised me, as did the subtlety of the cap sweetness. This thing is brilliantly smooth, with notes of—really—BBQ coming through in a delicious way. But it’s not gimmicky or random: this is an intentionally delicious cigar I intend to load up in my humidor. One note: the burn and draw are both solid, but it does seem to burn slightly faster than the norm, for what it’s worth.

Interesting flavor profile, smoky, woody and leather. Sadly it never developed more or changed from beginning to end.
