CAO Arcana Mortal Coil Limited Edition

With a long-filler recipe featuring four extra-flavorful tobaccos (Dominican Andullo, Dominican Piloto Cubano, Honduran Jamastran and Nicaraguan Esteli) and a dual US Connecticut wrapper/binder tandem (Broadleaf Maduro and Shade-Grown respectively), CAO Arcana Mortal Coil L.E. is one of the most interesting new releases in years. Especially unique is the Dominican Andullo filler component. Rather than traditional large scale processing methods, these leaves get tied up in smaller-sized bundles, which are individually hung by rope to air-cure. Once ideal coloration and moisture content are reached, they're sorted and re-wrapped-up, this time in Palma Real Tree leaves. These 'pods' are pressed tight and left to ferment for 2 years. The end result: dark tobaccos that deliver distinct, delectable flavor profiles - sweet & spicy! Medium to full-bodied, the blend's balance is a surprise bonus. Expect a sensory experience that's quite intense, but completely enjoyable from first light right up to the end. With production capped at 5k boxes, Arcana a true L.E. release and could very well become CAO's most-coveted creation since Amazon Basin. A must-buy.
