AJ Fernandez is a 90-rated cigar machine who is arguably the finest boutique cigar producer today. Anything this guy gets his hands catches fire....in more ways than one. Blending a cigar is binary: you have it or you don't. It's like a foul shot. Miss enough and you'll become more associated with Icy Hot back patches than championship rings.
Inspired by the Bellas Artes National museum in Havana, Cuba. The Bellas Artes is truly a work of art from the box to the blend. The blend which is made up of Nicaraguan, Brazilian, and Honduran long leaves creating a deliciously rich, bold and complex character. A Nicaraguan Rojita wrapper tops of the blend for a Cuban-esque finish with a hint of cedar. Medium to full.

Excellent cigar definitely adding it to my humidor. Remember this cigar is made by the same manufacturer that makes them my father Cigars.

A very nice smoke, light pepper, a sweetness, almost a honey taste and cream. The blend is very tasty and starts immediately. Later transitions to a licorice and buttery taste with pepper still in the background. It's billed as a medium to full flavor but I'd call it just medium. I think with a little more humi time it will get even better.

Heavy, dark smoke but lacking in complexity. Not bad, but I found it to be very one dimensional.

Starts medium increases to medium/full strength. Great draw and burn. A little harsh at beginning smooths out quickly.
