Le Pâtissier which means 'the baker' in French, was a limited edition cigar but now Crowned Heads has moved the line to regular production with four new sizes. It’s said to be inspired by another Crowned Heads release, Le Careme, which uses a different blend and is made at a different factory.
Made at Tabacalera Pichardo in Nicaragua, with a U.S grown Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, long-filler from Costa Rica as well as the Ometepe and Pueblo Nuevo regions of Nicaragua, held together by a Nicaraguan binder.
Notes of spice, cream and bread. Medium.

Continued review. Very smooth tobacco with strong spice and a touch of sweetness. The burn was all over the place this time and kept trying to run on one side. The draw was fine, bit it needed several corrections to stay somewhat even.

Continued review. Very smooth tobacco with strong spice and a touch of sweetness. The burn was a little wavy this time, but the draw l was perfect. This one is always worth revisiting.

Second consistent review after allowing for over a year rest. Very smooth tobacco with strong spice and a touch of sweetness. Very clean burn with a draw that was perfect. The previous ones were a bit tight, but with a year rest they smooth out.

Very smooth and rich tobacco laced with strong spice and just a touch of sweetness. An very clean burn all the way down with a draw that was only just perfect. The previous one was a bit tight, but with a year rest, this one is smoother. A very solid cigar overall.
