Looking to add a creamy Connecticut style smoke to his top-rated lineup, Erik Espinosa created the Espinosa Crema No.5 Toro Grande cigars. Rolled in a popular 6 × 56 format, a core blend of aged Nicaraguan binder and fillers are finished with a classic golden-brown Ecuador Connecticut wrapper to tone down the strength. Mellow to medium body cigar fans will savor a smoke brimming with lush notes of cocoa, leather, toasted almonds, and cream.

I smoked this tonight because I sought a mild cigar, and that's exactly what I got. The primary notes of sweet cream, graham cracker, and cedar were pleasant throughout, with the secondary notes of cinnamon and citrus adding to the overall quality of the smoke. The retrohales were also very nice, with the pepperiness you expect from an Espinosa cigar in the first two-thirds, and the cream and cedar playing well together is an aromatic treat. This is definitely a newcomer cigar but still solid if you've smoked for years, and I will recommend this to new smokers. Overall, the cigar was good, but it had some draw and burn issues that thankfully didn't cause many problems, with only one touch-up needed. This cigar will have a spot in my humidor rotation if I'm wanting to smoke something light for the night.

Light mellow smoke. Nice

A generally light and creamy cigar with consistent hits of pepper. The draw is smooth and the burn stayed almost perfect.

Smooth experience, very light creamy. Hey notes definitely would add this to my humidor.

Great mellow cigar. 6x56 is a bit too big for my taste. This is a great everyday smoke.

Good mild cigar but overall just a ok smoke
