With half of the cigar hidden by foil and held in the middle by a very retro looking band, the top-quality RC233 is really dressed to impress.  The cigars are handcrafted with a blend of 1st generation Nicaraguan Cuban-seed tobaccos and finished in zesty Ecuadorian-grown Habano wrappers.
